MetaSoccer League Season 2 Kick-starts on Jan 13th⚽🔥

The MetaSoccer League is back, and we couldn’t be more excited to share all the details about Season 2! Get your teams ready and prepare for an even more competitive, rewarding, and strategic experience.

Season 2 Details

MSL Season 2 will officially start on January 13th, 2025. The prize pool includes a base prize of 100,000 MSA, with additional rewards tied to key in-game activities. These rewards include 95% of all MSA spent in Scouting Sessions. Additionally, 100% of the 5% marketplace fees MetaSoccer charges per transaction in the market will be added to the pool, along with all MSA spent on Training Tokens.

The prize structure remains the same as MSL Season 1, ensuring fair and competitive distribution among participants.

For this season, landowners will receive 100% of the 5% scouting fees collected, rewarding their ongoing contributions to the ecosystem.

Key Changes to the Meta

Scouting costs will be discounted by 50% throughout MSL Season 2, making it more accessible to manage your team effectively.

Player retirement mechanics have also been updated. Retiring a player will now require an MSA cost, but it introduces the opportunity to earn an Epic Box. Older players have a higher chance of receiving an Epic Box, with in-game messages showing the exact percentage for each player.

The player aging cap has been removed, allowing players to grow beyond 35 years old and automatically retire at 38. Players currently aged 35 (real age) will continue growing until 38, while players incorrectly aged above 35 will keep displaying as 35 years old and grow normally until their retirement.

New Features for MSL Season 2

Training Tokens can now be purchased directly at a rate of 1 TT = 1 MSA. Additionally, the new retirement mechanics offer players a fresh opportunity to strategically manage their teams.
