Latest Developments: Tune In To the News From the Soccer Metaverse
Even though the ball is not rolling on the virtual pitch yet, there are passes, assistances and great shots every day at MetaSoccer.
We continue to work daily to prepare to you a great and profitable game, and we’d like to tell you what we’ve been working on lately.
Staking
We are currently finalizing checks on the Scouts Staking rewards, as the Conference Tour is coming to an end on the 11th March and more than 5700 Youth Scouts that have been staked will come back to get ready for their first Scouting.
The $MSU Staking is also live, so all users who still didn’t get the chance to lay their hands on an NFT can start profiting with their tokens.
Youth Scouts & Scouting
There have been some questions concerning Pioneers, and as usual we listened to what our community had to say. We are glad to inform you that Pioneers Scouts benefits will be add in a near future; we are still developing different solutions, such as early access to the alpha version of game modes, and we’ll continue to get you posted on this.
We also took a deep dive into the realms of Scouts Improvement, which happens after each Scouting, and depending on the updated Overall Knowledge, further Scoutings are adapted accordingly.
Scouting time is coming very soon — the Scouting Smart Contract is being audited and we are fine-tuning the process and testing, to make sure Scouts are able to find Players following all specifications.
Stadiums
Our soccer metaverse stadiums are developing nicely. As you may be aware, the creation of these assets follows the same process as the creation of a real-life stadium, and we are super excited to be working on these true sports monuments with the help of the world-renowned architecture firm MEIS.
On another note regarding stadiums, they will have shared ownership and will be fractionalized in seats — all owners will receive revenues for matches played in the stadium.
Partnerships
As the interest for play to earn games, and especially for MetaSoccer grows bigger, we have been able to establish partnerships with new international soccer Players and clubs. We are announcing a Ballon D’Or and World Cup Winner Player as an NFT by the end of the month, but until then other very well-known Players will join our ranks and will be announced soon.
We also continue reaching out for the best in the industry, and lately we confirmed our collaboration with two new guilds, PathDAO and Unbound Nation.
What’s Next?
Over the next days, we will finish all the necessary work on the Scouting process. Afterwards, the team will focus on the logic to give found Players their exact attributes and work on clubs management, which is the next step towards the release of PvE matches gameplay.
The Transparency Tokenomics Report is always a work in progress and will continue to update it every time it’s necessary.
